WE OFFER FREE 2^ND CLASS POST TO ALL UK MAINLAND POSTCODES.

 

All orders will be processed within 48 hours of being placed.  Our working hours are 10am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday.

 

UK Orders: All UK orders are shipped for free via Royal Mail 2nd class post. There is an option to pay for 1st class post at an additional costs. 

 

Orders to USA & Australia: all USA orders will be delivered within 48 hours. No customs charges on orders below $800. All orders to Australia will be delivered within 72 hours. These lead times exclude weekends and bank holidays.

 

International Orders Over £400: In most cases, when international orders are more than £400, delivery via DHL and or FedEx is free.

 

International orders less than £400 are charged at different rates. The more you buy, the lesser the costs of shipping. Please note that we continually review our shipping rates especially due to the pandemic.

 

Custom Duties: Excluding USA, international shipping fees like custom duties or state/provincial taxes may be incurred upon the arrival of the goods. House of Prints does not accept responsibility for these charges. 

Tracking: Items shipped by Royal Mail 1st class post are tracked. Items sent via Fedex or DHL are tracked and tracking number will be provided once an item is shipped.

Orders to Africa: Packages sent to Africa are normally sent through a local shipping agent, please contact us for more info and prices
